How does the booking process work?
Submit a rental request through our Request Booking page. Once we review your requested dates and driver information, we will confirm availability and send a payment invoice. After payment and agreement completion, your reservation is secured.
When is payment collected?
Payment is collected after your rental request is reviewed and approved. An invoice will be sent via email with secure payment instructions.
What is the security deposit?
All rentals require a refundable security deposit ranging from $100–$200 depending on vehicle tier. The deposit is authorized prior to vehicle release and refunded after the vehicle is returned and inspected.
When is the deposit refunded?
Security deposits are typically released within 24–48 hours after the vehicle is returned and passes inspection. Processing times may vary depending on your bank.
What are the age requirements?
Minimum rental age policies apply and may vary by vehicle tier. Additional verification may be required for younger drivers.
What documents are required to rent?
• Valid driver’s license
• Valid payment method
• Proof of insurance (if required)
All renters must complete identity verification prior to approval.
Do you offer airport delivery?
Yes. Airport delivery to RDU is available for an additional fee of $90. Please select this option when submitting your rental request
Are there mileage limits?
Mileage terms are limited to 250 miles per day. This is the case unless umlimited mileage is chosen as an 'Extra'.
Is smoking allowed?
No. Smoking or vaping inside any vehicle is strictly prohibited. Violation fees ($250) will apply if violated.
What happens if I return the vehicle late?
Late returns may incur additional charges. Please communicate any delays as soon as possible to avoid penalties.
Can I add additional drivers?
Additional drivers must be approved prior to rental start and meet eligibility requirements.
What happens if there is damage during my rental?
All vehicles are inspected before and after each rental. Any damage will be handled according to the rental agreement and applicable coverage policies.
